ABOUT THE GUEST
Zoe Stibi is a business coach and vocal pedagogue who bridges the worlds of artistry and entrepreneurship. With over 18 years of experience teaching singers across four countries, Zoe has built thriving music studios five times over—most recently reinventing her entire business during 2020, when she lost all her work overnight.
What began as a crisis turned into transformation. After years of believing she was “terrible with money,” constantly overworking, and quietly hoping for student cancellations, Zoe put real systems in place in her business. She discovered that running a studio doesn’t just take talent and hustle—it takes structure. Today, Zoe has turned a 7-day teaching grind into a sustainable 4-day workweek with breaks, creative time, and six-figure revenue. She now helps other music teachers do the same: reclaim their time, build financial freedom, and fall back in love with teaching.
As a Certified Estill Master Trainer with a Master’s degree in Musical Theatre from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, Zoe is committed to making vocal technique accessible, practical, and empowering. She has coached students into prestigious programs such as BRITS School and RADA, and her teaching spans classical, musical theatre, pop, and contemporary commercial music. Having recovered from a vocal fold hemorrhage and polyp herself, she brings both technical expertise and deep empathy to her teaching.
Zoe believes that every voice and every business can grow with the right tools. Whether she’s helping a singer unlock high notes without strain or guiding a teacher toward their first six-figure year, her mission is the same: to show what’s possible when hard work meets the right systems.
